Barak Sky is an award-winning Real Estate Agent, licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. He's a managing partner of the Sky Group (top 1% in annual sales volume nationwide) and a recent recipient of REALTOR® Magazine's prestigious "30 under 30" honor for 2013, a national award given to 30 Real Estate Agents under the age of 30, based on dynamic criteria including sales volume, innovation, and community service.

 

Barak began his real estate career in 2008 and has increased his annual sales volume by double-digit margins each year. He's a master negotiator, tireless worker, and dynamic problem solver. However, it's his unwavering commitment to customer service that keeps his business thriving. As Barak puts it, "When I meet a new client or even a potential client at one of my home buyer seminars, I go in with the mindset that my team and I are going to do everything in our power to ensure our client achieves their real estate goals. And we're going to do so in such an exceptional way that our clients readily refer me to their family, friends, and co-workers." And refer him to them. In fact, Barak estimates that he gets about 95% of his business via word of mouth.

 

Whether helping a first-time home buyer purchase a condo in Adams Morgan or listing a million-dollar home in Potomac, Barak manages the entirety of each transaction. This cumulative approach has allowed Barak to experience incredible sales success in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. From initial meeting to final closing, Barak helps his clients achieve their goals while giving them peace of mind.

 

Barak is a native of Montgomery County, MD. He attended American University, where he played tennis and graduated with a BA in Business Administration. In his free time, Barak still enjoys playing tennis as well as golfing, skiing, yachting, and serving his community through his work with the "So what else" humanitarian organization.
